Departure - Albacora
Passeio de 3h no Parque Natural da Ria Formosa com paragem para almoço em Santa Luzia, a Capital do Polvo.
Octopus is one of the most coveted mollusks in the Algarve, and the number of ways to cook it is immense in Portugal. In this tour, which starts at Cabanas and takes you across the Tavira Island, you can learn more about the importance of this species for local people, the forms of artisanal fishing and of course, you can taste the various dishes that local traditions have been keeping all this long. Octopus rice, Polvo à Lagareiro (octopus flooded in olive oil), grilled octopus ovas (eggs), or sun dried octopus are some of the recipes you can try in Santa Luzia, where we stop for 1h30m, before heading to the fabulous Terra Estreita beach (30m stop).
