    Itinerary

    • Cabanas de Tavira:

    Fishermen village with a rehabilitated waterfront with a new wooden walkway that goes through all the village marina, passing through numerous cafes, restaurants and craft shops. This can be your departure point to:

    • Cabanas Island:

    SW side, deserted beach. One of the eastern Algarve beaches most crowded due to its location, opposite the village Cabanas de Tavira and ease access via ferry boats or water taxis.

    • Tavira island:

    Voted one of the best beaches in Europe, the route from ria to the beach is surrounded by camping and several restaurants and bars. This is the only island with a camping park.

    • Beach Deserta:

    Acessível apenas por barcos privados ou aqua-táxis, a praia deserta da ilha de cabanas é uma das praias prediletas de quem pretende fugir à multidão sazonal e/ou passear por entre o Parque Natural da Ria Formosa e toda a a sua biodiversidade.

    • Tavira:

    The city is divided by the Gilão river, which is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and a historic center rich in archaeological marcs of the Phoenicians and Islamics, convents with brands of the periods Gothic and Manueline, Renaissance churches and Baroque chapels.

    • Beach Terra Estreita:

    Has beach facilities, bars and activities available with high quality.

    • Santa Luzia village:

    Fishermen village, the intense fishing of octopus and the various ways in which its cooked. Try in the restaurants of the village known as the “capital of the octopus.”
