\n\t\t\t\tBookings\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]Bookings can be made in a proper form on the website, by phone or email until two days before the activity, or in-person in one of our sail stands. The booking is subject to availability, the timing of activity and weather conditions. You will have your booking guaranteed after confirmation of these factors by our company.<\/p>\n

To make a reservation you must have at least 18 years old and all the people accompanying you must be aware of this information.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”65px”]

\n\t\t\t\tBooking fee\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]This company reserves the right to request a booking fee amounting to 25% of the activity in question, per person, payable at time of booking.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”65px”]

\n\t\t\t\tCancelations\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]This company reserves the right to cancel the activity for reasons unrelated to it. We are not responsible for cancellations for the following reasons: natural disasters, weather, system failures or other reasons not dependent on us. In these cases, we will reimburse your booking.
\nThe cancellation of a tour by the participant should be made in writing form at least two working days in advance. If the cancellation does not comply with the stipulated you will be charged a cancellation fee on the full value of the ticket. There shall be no refund of the reservation fee for deliberate reasons of cancellation by the participant.
\nOnce the tour has started with the agreement of the participants, it can not be stopped due to wind, temperature, rainfall, waves or other factors outside the company. In case of a voluntary termination by the customer, the money will not be returned (for prepaid ticket) or the agreed number of hours will be charged.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”65px”]

\n\t\t\t\tUse of Vessels\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]This company reserves the right to change the vessel for the tours, in particular in case of technical problems or adverse weather conditions. In this situation, another vessel will be used, and we will charge the agreed upon earlier.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”65px”]

\n\t\t\t\tMeeting point and departure time\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]The meeting point will be indicated on the ticket, in your e-mail or indicated by us during the booking. Given that the delay of the participants could lead to its exclusion from the activity, we are asking all participants to be at the meeting point at the proper time. The departure time might be subject to changes according to the weather conditions and tidal variation. Please confirm the departure time on the day before the activity. The location and time of departure after stopping in the islands for lunch will be informed by the crew. The participants must be there five minutes before departure time. We may suspend the tour for a participant if he does not respect the schedule. In this case, there will be no refund.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”65px”]

\n\t\t\t\tMeals and restaurants\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]This company doesn\u2019t have its own restaurant services, using external services for that. We are not responsible for any bad services or complaint in this area. In these cases, the complaint should be made to the responsible company or person of the requested service.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”65px”]

\n\t\t\t\tItineraries, website and brochure information\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]The schedule and routes and exact time of certain interest point are indicative. Our team works flexibly, some of these moments can be extended or shorten according to the group dynamics. The duration and itinerary of activities are subject to change without previous notice depending on weather and tide.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”65px”]

During our activities, we can take pictures and videos for promoting the company. We expect respect for the natural areas and local lifestyles of the places we visit by the participants of the activities. We also respect the code of conduct of the protected areas according to the ICNB (Biodiversity and Nature Conservation Institute) and we expect that the participants also respect that same code. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an activity if we find that your behaviour is in conflict with this philosophy and code of conduct.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”65px”]
